High Speed Preform Loading & Thermal Conditioning
A rotary sorter feeds preforms neck up into the heating tunnel. Multi-zone IR thermal conditioning brings preform walls to their optimal stretch temperature without overheating the neck finish.
Servo Driven Mold Transfer
A servo driven arm positions the conditioned preform inside the mold cavity with sub millimeter repeatability, preventing uneven stretching and rejected containers.
Dual Stage High Pressure blowing
A low pressure pre blow stretches the preform axially using the stretch rod, then high pressure air (35-40 bar) completes radial expansion against the mold wall, followed by automated ejection.
