Preform Loading & Thermal Conditioning
Preforms index into the heating carriage for uniform exposure, passing through multiple IR thermal conditioning zones to reach thermal equilibrium before entering the mold.

High Precision Clamping & Multi-Stage Blowing
High precision mold clamping locks the halves with force calibrated to the projected blow pressure. Low pressure air moves the stretch rod to stretch the preform axially, followed by high pressure air stretching the material radially.

Automatic Ejection
Once the material has cooled enough to hold its shape, the mold opens, ejects the finished bottle, and resets for the next preform automatically.

This process ensures a repeatable and stable production of PET containers with minimum scrap rates.
